Serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Development at Amadeus, Isaiah leads the firm’s vision, client strategy, and organizational growth. With a background in design culture, organizational leadership, and the built environment, Isaiah brings a strategic, client-centered perspective to complex project development and long-term partnerships.
As the founder of Amadeus, he is responsible for cultivating strategic alliances, shaping the firm’s brand identity, and aligning its mission with a people-first, ethical practice. Isaiah works closely with the firm’s licensed Professional Engineers to ensure that every project reflects Amadeus’s commitment to quality, communication, and collaboration.
His career has evolved from hands-on experience in the built environment to executive leadership focused on firm development, operations, and client engagement. His path has been shaped not by credentials alone, but by a track record of resilience, creative problem-solving, and a belief that engineering firms can — and should — be built on integrity, equity, and lasting value.
While Isaiah oversees firm operations and client strategy, all technical work is performed under the responsible charge of licensed Professional Engineers in full compliance with California state regulations.
As Principal Mechanical Engineer at Amadeus, Mory is licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, delivering high-performance systems across California and beyond. With over 25 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing engineering, he brings deep technical expertise and a steady, exacting leadership style to every project. Mory holds responsible charge over mechanical and plumbing engineering work performed by Amadeus.
Mory’s career includes contributions to some of the most demanding engineering environments in the world, including projects for NASA and Boeing — experiences that shaped his uncompromising approach to system performance, safety, and precision. Today, that same discipline drives his work across complex commercial, institutional, and multifamily developments.
At Amadeus, Mory helps set the standard for mechanical engineering excellence, with a focus on code compliance, energy efficiency, and long-term system resilience. His designs aren’t just built to perform — they’re built to endure.
He believes great engineering isn’t just about meeting today’s needs; it’s about creating systems that support people and the planet for generations to come.
With more than 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project leadership, Shawn has delivered complex projects across healthcare, education, residential, hospitality, and mission-critical sectors. His career includes major contributions to Kaiser Permanente, Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, and more than 350 buildings developed with Walt Disney Imagineering across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
At Disney, Shawn served as Principal Project Engineer and Discipline Manager, leading the design of destinations including Disney California Adventure, Grand Californian Hotel, Shanghai Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and Euro Disneyland in Paris. He also brings deep expertise in high-end restaurants and commercial kitchens, where system performance, ventilation, and guest experience must align seamlessly.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, Illinois, and North Carolina, and a LEED Accredited Professional, Shawn applies this breadth of experience at Amadeus to strengthen project delivery with technical precision, efficiency, and design vision fully aligned.
Shawn is also the author of LEEDPASS, a widely used guide for the LEED New Construction exam. Having managed projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, he brings a global perspective and cross-discipline expertise that enrich Amadeus’s design process, advancing sustainable outcomes while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
